Training plans
All plans offered directly by Go Ultra Sports are free. As more coaches begin to
use our application there may be plans that have a fee associated with them. Our
goal is to give everyone something they can use for free but also encourage people
to hire a coach which we believe is the best way to achieve your optimal results.
How the training plans work
If you click on the training plan name you will get a description of the training
plan and will be able to see two weeks of the plan. If you decide you would like
to subscribe to the plan you simply click on the Get Plan link on the bottom right
of the page. Once you have subscribed to the plan all of the workouts will instantly
show up as Scheduled Workouts on your Training Log.
After you complete a workout you can mark it as complete on your training log. If
you completed more or less time, distance, etc then you can change the time or distance
and then submit the workout as complete. The training log will automatically track
the difference between scheduled and completed and allow you to view reports to
see how you are progressing.
