All information and software included on and within GoUltraSports, such as but not limited to images, graphics, text, training plans and logos are the property of GoUltraSports or its content suppliers and/or are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You acknowledge and agree that all content contained on GoUltraSports, including sponsor advertisements, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Any reproduction of material from GoUltraSports and any of its pages without express written permission by GoUltraSports is strictly prohibited.

If you feel that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement you may notify GoUltraSports by emailing us at admin@go-ultra.com
CONTENT SUBMISSION
User agrees that it is solely responsible for the submission of all content via upload, post, email, chat or that is otherwise made available on GoUltraSports.

For all content made available by a user on GoUltraSports by submitting, posting or otherwise making available – the user agrees to grant a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free and irrevocable license to GoUltraSports to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, sublicense, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display the content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such Content.
STANDARDS FOR USE
All GoUltraSports users must agree to the following in exchange for being allowed to visit or use GoUltraSports and its feature and functions.

1. No impersonating any other user, employee, content provider, advertiser of any agent of GoUltraSports
2. All registered users must provide truthful and accurate data including, but not limited to, name, data of birth, email address, and any other information that is gathered by GoUltraSports.
3. No user shall make available any image, video, or content of any kind that they do not own the copyright to or have express written permission from the copyright holder.
4. No user may collect or store, by any means, any data about any users on the GoUltraSports site.
5. No user shall make available any content that is harmful, illegal, vulgar, pornographic, libelous, racially objectionable
6. No user shall perform any action that interferes with or causes harm to any GoUltraSports feature, function, server or network in any way.
7. No user shall in any way threaten, harass, berate, bother, or pursue any other user at anytime.
8. No user shall perform any action or upload any content which violate any existing laws, third party rights or other applicable regulations.

Any violation of the above may result in the deletion of the users account and or the forwarding of the user’s information to the relevant authorities if any laws are broken, whether intentionally or unintentionally.

Notwithstanding the above, GoUltraSports reserves the right to delete or otherwise terminate any account, at any time for any reason in GoUltraSports's sole discretion.
LIABILITY LIMITATION
GoUltraSports at no time warrants that www.go-ultra.com or it related features and functions will be available, error-free, or un-interrupted. GoUltraSports further does not warrant that the news, or any other information on the site, whether created by GoUltraSports, its users, or other services will be without error or omissions. GoUltraSports seeks to employ the latest in intrusion and virus protection. GoUltraSports is not responsible for any issues or damages caused by downloading or accessing any pages or materials from GoUltraSports or any sites linked to GoUltraSports.

GoUltraSports, its employees, affiliates, partner, Directors, contractors, authors, agents, and officers are not liable for damages of any kind related to the use, or inability to use any feature, function or related materials directly on or linked to www.go-ultra.com or any related pages, features or functions. Use of any and all parts of GoUltraSports is done so at the risk of the user.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GoUltraSports and its owners, directors, officers, managers, authors, contractors, employees, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement, or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account, or for violation of any existing laws, third party rights or other applicable regulations . GoUltraSports reserves the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Section at your sole cost and expense. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by GoUltraSports.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GoUltraSports and its owners, employees, directors, officers, managers, authors, contractors, employees, agents, and licensors, against any type of loss, liability or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that is the result of any violation of any part of this agreement and/or relating to your use of GoUltraSports and any of its services, features and functions, including any content you upload, submit, link to, post, or in anyway make available through any part of GoUltraSports and its pages.
